Boot Camp – Klyde Warren Park hosts two boot camp classes each week. You probably won’t have to salute or say “Sir, Yes, Sir,” but you can rely on these great workouts to get you into shape!

Jesus Capuchino: Mondays at 6 pm.

SWEAT Gym: Saturdays at 9 am.

 

Insanity Workout - Dallas Insanity Group meets on the Great Lawn for a weekly workout led by Jimmy Nelson. It’s not called “Insanity” for nothing… get ready for an intense workout that will leave you feeling amazing! Tuesdays at 6 pm.

Zumba – Get your groove on while breaking a sweat! If a fun and challenging dance workout suits your style, Zumba is the class for you. Wednesdays at 6 pm.

Yoga – You have three chances every week to enjoy yoga in the park! Relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Klyde Warren Park, all while burning calories.

Bikram Yoga Dallas: Thursdays at 5:30 pm.

Dallas Yoga Center: Saturdays at 10 am.

Exhale Dallas: Sundays at 10 am.

 

Family Yoga with the Crow Collection – Bring your little yogis out to the park every Saturday for yoga with the Crow Collection of Asian Art. Saturdays at 10 am.

Tai Chi - Celebrate the start of your weekend by centering yourself with El Centro College. Saturdays at 8 am.

Capoeira – Ready to try something new? Join RCJ Machado Jiu Jitsu every month to learn more about this Brazilian martial art. Second Saturdays at 2 pm.
