Klyde Warren Park offers a varitey of free fitness classes every week! From boot camp and yoga, to activities for the whole family like Stoller Boot Camp and Family Yoga, there's something for everyone at the park!

We also have classes available at a variety of times through out the week! Find the class, date, and time that works best for you and join us!

Boot Camp
 – Klyde Warren Park hosts two boot camp classes each week!

Faryn's Fit: Mondays at 5:30 pm beginning September 14.

SWEAT Gym: Saturdays at 9 am.

Pilates in the Park - Work the core with Pilates Methodology on Tuesdays at 6 pm.

Stroller Boot Camp with YMCA
 - Hey mom and dad! Make it a play date with T. Boone Pickens YMCA! Spend quality time with your little one and get a great workout on Tuesdays at 10 am.

Zumba – On Wendesdays, we Zumba. Dance, have fun and get fit! Join the group every Wednesdays at 6 pm.

Yoga – Find your center in the heart of Dallas! We've got three great yoga classes each week!

Bikram Yoga Dallas: Thursdays at 5:30 pm.

Dallas Yoga Center: Saturdays at 10 am.

Exhale Dallas: Sundays at 10 am.

Family Yoga with the Crow Collection – Yoga is for kids too! Bring your little one and practice with the Crow Collection of Asian Art each Saturday at 10 am.

Tai Chi with El Centro College - Start your weekend with Tai Chi at the park with our friends from El Centro College. Class starts at 8 am each Saturday.

Capoeira – Check out this mix of dance and martial arts each second Saturday at 2 pm.

African Dance with Fihankra Dance & Fitness Studio - Bring the whole family to learn and enjoy this unique style of dance, every third Sunday at 11:30 am.
