Free hands-on metalsmithing workshop, provided by artist Tamar Navama and Raise Gallery & Studio

● All ages
● No previous experience needed
● Make and take home your own metal jewelry

Join Tamar Navama and Raise Gallery & Studio for a pop-up family-friendly workshop and mobile exhibition that focus on metalsmithing and creating handmade items.
We will introduce you to “behind the scenes” of jewelry making techniques, and participants will be making their own metal projects focusing on pewter casting and texturing. This hands-on workshop encourages artistic creativity, agency, and appreciation by allowing participants to create a new design in a short period of time without previous knowledge of the techniques.

The workshop will happen in conjunction with a jewelry exhibition and sale from national and international metalsmiths and craft artists.
