Join us each Sunday for Barre in the Park! This 60-minute class offers a total body workout focused on core, balance, muscular strength and endurance. Classes are set to upbeat, popular music and may include light weights for an additional challenge. Barre is characterized by low impact moves/exercises, all of which are modifiable and adaptable making the workout appropriate for various fitness levels. In addition, “cardio blasts” (2-4 mins) are incorporated throughout the workout to increase heart rate and encourage cardiovascular improvement. All body types benefit from this class due to small, isometric movements that promote, sculpt and tone lean muscle for a flattering, strong physique. Don't forget to bring your own yoga mats!
