Join FitXBrit and Core Fitness Dallas for a fun hour of sweating, fellowship and fun as we set the tone for an awesome week by "Never Missing A Monday". Bootcamp classes are led by various trainers from the Core Fitness staff and all skill levels are welcome.
9/4 - Speed and Lateral agility – The focus is to accelerate and decelerate by simply being able to stop and change directions and maintain stability.
9/11- Full Body Weight Class
9/18- Active recovery/mobility – focusing on reliving tension and aches through body movement as well as dynamic and static stretching.
9/25- Hitt & Weights – Strengthening the lower body through a combination of explosive movements and traditional weighted exercises.
10/2- Hitt & Weights - strengthening the upper body through a combination of body endurance movements and traditional weighted exercises.
10/9-Speed, Agility and Hitt – this week will test the strength and endurance gained from the 5 weeks pushing to move faster for longer.
