An hour-packed workout full of high-energy and multi-interval exercises that are guaranteed to bring back ergonomic values taken from your work week.
Things to bring:
- a set of your own personal dumbbells (8 to 10 lbs; 3lbs to 5lbs if youth or senior)
- a bottle of water
- sunscreen of 45 spf or higher (optional)
- a small towel (optional)
- a yoga mat
