Science is closer than you think! Join educators from the Perot Museum of Nature and Science for fun family experiments on first Saturdays in Klyde Warren Park. Each month will feature a new topic with hands-on investigation and experimentation.

October 1 | Space

Explore the mysteries of the universe through a fun, hands-on activity.

November 5 | Robots

Explore the world of engineering and technology as you create your own robot.

December 3 | Feathers

Examine the patterns and colors of feathers up close.


January 7 | Polymers

Make snow out of simple polymers. It feels like the real thing!

February 4 | Dinosaurs

Explore the field of paleontology as we dig up and excavate dinosaur bones.

March 4 | Energy

Explore how electricity works and even build your own circuit.

April 1 | Nature

Discover the nature that surrounds us and examine nature up close.

May 6 | Architecture

Create and construct your own building and test how strong it is.
