Join us for Pilates in the Park with Pilates Methodology at Klyde Warren Park! Learning the Pilates mat work is a great way to get you moving and working from your core! Joseph Pilates’ original method started with the mat, and he had one central focus; if you had a healthy, flexible, strong spine, life was good! Enjoy the beautiful park while building strength, stamina, stretch and stability in your body, improving your posture and core strength along the way.
Please bring your own mat; a limited quanitity will be available at the park for your use.
