OV believes Doing Things together is better – so we're trying a new workout each month and bringing in all players in the fitness community. This month, join Team OV every Tuesday for an endorphin boost at Klyde Warren Park.
We've brought in our friends at GRIT Fitness to try out a mix of Body Sculpt and GRIT HIIT workouts, alternating each week. This week, get ready for Body Sculpt, a total body, resistance training and cardio interval class, taught by studio's Founder, Brit Rettig.
