Swoon: The House Our Families Built Presented in Partnership with the Dallas Art Fair
One of the first female street artists to gain international recognition, Brooklyn-based Caledonia Curry, who goes by the artist name Swoon, brings her mobile public art to Klyde Warren Park. Created as part of the PBS American Portrait initiative, this 14-foot box truck has been transformed into a diorama-style mobile “home” filled with scenes of domestic life. The fantastical sculpture will be on view to the public for the duration of the Dallas Art Fair, in collaboration with Santa Fe’s Turner Carroll Gallery.
