Join wellness nonprofit Yena and their CEO/Founder Stefanie Tovar in an offering that explores different styles of meditation and mindfulness! This offering is every other Sunday and will offer something new so come with an open mind! Examples of what may be offered include: Meditating with Bubbles, Music, Sound Healing, Movement, Stillness, Guided, Silent, Mindfulness with Food and more! We Are ready to help people find a way to access wellness in Daily Life! The opportunities to weave meditation and mindfulness are endless and we are ready to celebrate that with YOU!
 
Reminder: Students need to bring their own yoga/workout mat.
