Garrett Boone, Jeff Jackson and Nancy Best Join Foundation Board

The Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation announces three new members of its board – Nancy Best, president of the Shelter Ministries; Garrett Boone, chairman emeritus for The Container Store; and, Jeff Jackson, Executive Vice President of Corporate Business Development for Sabre Holdings.

“We are grateful to have the support and energy of these exceptional Dallasites on our board,” said Chairman Jody Grant. “We are all committed to making an exceptional park that Dallas can be proud of and enjoy for generations.”

The new members of the board join Chairman Jody Grant, President Linda Owen, Leo Corrigan, Ed Fjordbak, Sheila Grant, John Muse, Rob Walters, and John Zogg.

The Foundation has initiated the final phase of its fundraising campaign to raise $30 million for The Park’s amenities and programming. There are 5 naming opportunities available at $2 million or more, five Cornerstone-level donors available at $1.5 million, and eight Founder-level donations available at $1million.
