The Klyde Warren Park and Dallas Arts District Public Improvement District (PID) was created in 2014 to invest in the beloved 5.4-acre green space and the largest contiguous urban arts district in the nation. The PID assessment is $0.05 per $100 valuation. This revenue supports Park operations and maintenance, Arts District capital improvement and the completion of Klyde Warren Park.

Reporting Unethical Conduct

​Speak Up

​We want you to feel empowered to voice your concerns. The City of Dallas operates an anonymous Speak Up Line for anyone who would like to report fraud, waste and abuse concerns by City employees, departments, or contractors. 

For City of Dallas employees, we encourage you to initially discuss concerns with your manager or supervisor.  You may also report your concerns to Human Resources, the Ethics Officer, City Attorney and the City Auditor's office.  However, it is vital to have another avenue to openly raise any concerns.  

What to Report

  • Workplace harassment/retaliation/discrimination

  • Misconduct or unethical behavior

  • Unsafe work practices

  • Misuse of City property or information

  • Bribes/Kickbacks

  • Healthcare Fraud

  • Wasteful Practices
